If cost is a concern, the College of Western Idaho is the answer! CWI offers the lowest tuition and fees in Southwest Idaho. Through our partnership with the College of Southern Idaho we provide access to a variety of federal and state financial aid programs. You can expect a first-class education at a fraction of the price!
Tuition & Fee Schedule: Fall 2009
The following tuition & fee schedule is subject to change by the action of the Board of Trustees for any subsequent semester.

Tuition Loan Agreement: Spring 2010
- Tuition and Fees are due by 5:00 p.m. Monday, January 11th. For students who register after this date, payment is due immediately.
- Tuition Loan Agreements will be available to students who are unable to meet the January 11th tuition due date or who have not completed their financial aid by the December 28th priority date. A minimum 1st payment of $250 is required at the time of signing the loan agreement in order for the loan agreement to be valid. Payments can be made online by logging in to your MyCSI account and going to the Money Matters tab. View instructions on how to login to MyCSI.

The $250 - 1st payment includes a non-refundable $50 processing fee plus a non-refundable $200 tuition payment, regardless of the policy stated in the current catalog.

- Payments are due according to the following schedule. If the student fails to make a payment by the due date the unpaid balance will be sent to collections.

- Students with pending Financial Aid or Financial Aid in process will be required to adhere to the above payment schedule.
- Refund Policy for Spring 2010:
- 100% refund minus any non-refundable tuition/fees will apply until 5:00 p.m. Monday, February 1st.
- After February 1st no refunds will be given for courses that have already started.

- JANUARY 11TH - ANY STUDENT WHO HAS NOT PAID AND DOES NOT HAVE A TUITION LOAN AGREEMENT WILL BE DROPPED WITHOUT NOTICE.
- Students seeking reinstatement after being dropped for non-payment will be charged a reinstatement fee of $10 per credit up to $120 plus a $50 late fee.
Refund and Tuition Loan Agreement policies do not relieve the student of their responsibility to drop classes.
