Experience Fine Dining - CWI Culinary Arts Program
The dining room, deli and bakery are all open to the public and offer an excellent variety of customized lunch menu choices. Students of the CWI Culinary program work side by side with professional, local guest chefs which are featured weekly in the Technique` Dining Room. This has proven to be a perfect partnership of teaming up culinary students with local guest chefs to create hands-on learning in a real-world environment. Plan to enjoy a delicious meal while supporting the CWI Culinary students.
