What is One Stop Contact Us?
As you click through the pages of this website, something that you will notice is that regardless of the Student Services question you are researching we consistently refer you to a One Stop Student Services Center for assistance. We don’t refer you to the Registrar’s Office for this, Financial Aid for that, or Admissions for something else! We realize two important things:
1) That while colleges and university departments might seem clear and distinct to those of us who work for them – most people simply don’t know and often don’t need or understand what these individual offices do. Your interest is in becoming enrolled, staying enrolled and meeting your goals.
2) That it doesn’t matter how great the customer service is that each of these offices provides – if we make our students “chase all over campus” to get it.
So – at the College of Western Idaho we have created One Stop Student Services Centers with the express purpose of providing the services that you need from one single location – a One Stop Student Services Center. Each of these centers is able to provide the services that you need related to Outreach, Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, Academic & Career Advising Services to meet the needs of our students for all CWI offerings; ABE, Non-credit (CWT & Community Ed) and Credit (Course and program enrollment).
Our One Stop Student Service Centers are your concierge service. We have created a delivery system designed to provide you with all of the services that you will require – with a strong customer service commitment. The creation of these centers reflects our belief that we are in the “dream business." Our task is to inspire individuals to envision their potential, Help them identify their pathway, and mentor their journey! Your success is our only product.

Please note that One Stop Student Services and CWI Assessment are closed every third Tuesday of the month for training from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. to better serve you.
